Youth protection – Sale only to persons aged 18 and over

Since the amendment to the law on 01.04.2016 , the sale of e-cigarettes, e-shishas, ​​liquids and related products to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited (§ 10 JuSchG).
This law applies to both brick-and-mortar stores and online shops like ours (www.lostmary800.de) .

We (Smokey-Dealz GmbH) strictly adhere to the Youth Protection Act and sell products exclusively to adults.

🔍 Age verification during the ordering process

To prevent minors from placing orders, we conduct an age verification before completing each order .
A purchase is only possible after successful confirmation that the buyer is of legal age (possibly supplemented by identity or data verification).

📦 Age verification upon package delivery

To fully comply with legal requirements, an additional age check is carried out upon delivery of the shipment by UPS or DHL .

• The package will only be handed over to persons over 18 years of age.
• Delivery to drop-off points , parcel lockers without age verification or unsecured locations is therefore not possible .
• If no adult can accept the package, it will be left at the nearest post office for collection.

Please ensure that an adult is available to receive the package at your delivery address to avoid delays.

🏢 Different delivery addresses

You can still use a different delivery address (e.g., workplace).
The only important thing is that no minor accepts the package from the LostMary800 shop.
