Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day,
on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email) that you wish to withdraw from this contract.
You can use the sample form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient if you send the notification before the deadline expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option).

The refund will be issued immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice.
We will use the same payment method for the refund as for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result.

We may refuse to refund your money until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay, but no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.

You bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion or expiry of the right of withdrawal

(important for vape products)

The right of withdrawal does not exist or expires prematurely in the following cases:

• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene protection if the seal has been removed after delivery; this includes in particular
• Disposable e-cigarettes
• Liquids
• Pods / Cartridges
• Vaporizer heads (coils)
• Mouthpieces / Drip Tips
• Goods that have been created according to customer specifications or are clearly personalized.

Unopened, originally packaged and unused products can be returned under the right of withdrawal.
